Every Saturday, the Elliot Caine Trio fills the room with live classical jazz and sets the tone for an evening where refined culinary and timeless music come together. Rooted in the spirit of Calamigos, it's an experience designed to be felt as much as heard—inviting guests to slow down, savor the moment and stay a little longer.
